About the Role:

This is a mission-critical role within our Event Experience & Execution team, responsible for owning the entire supply-side and fulfillment ecosystem that powers our global volunteering experiences. The role goes far beyond logistics - covering end-to-end strategy, operating model design, execution excellence, and continuous optimization across procurement, quality, inventory, fulfillment, and delivery. Your mandate will be to ensure that every Goodera client receives best-in-class event experiences, materials and volunteering kits - on time, every time - while driving meaningful improvements in cost efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution excellence: Build process improvements and productized solutions to deliver 11/10 volunteering experiences across all Goodera events. Own the event NPS score metric.
  • Deliver Cost Per Volunteer targets: Ensure delivery of required cost per volunteer targets for clients, by delivering efficiencies across the event delivery lifecycle
  • Procurement strategy & vendor management: Own Goodera’s end-to-end procurement strategy across centralized India-based sourcing and localized, in-geo procurement (primarily in the US and other key markets).
  • Cost Optimization & Gross Margins: Build process efficiency across all event delivery areas (procurement, logistics, shipping, travel etc.) to deliver on required gross margin targets
  • Quality Control & Audit Mechanisms: Implement quality audits and inspection processes for both centralized global procurement and decentralized local sourcing.
  • Inventory Management & Fulfillment: Design and manage an integrated inventory framework spanning India warehousing and geo-specific local stock points. Develop processes for demand planning, safety stock, and replenishment cycles.

Key Metrics:

  • Event NPS
  • Cost per Volunteer
  • Gross Margins

  • Strong experience in vendor management, negotiation, shipping/logistics optimization, and cost management.
  • Highly structured, analytical, and process-driven, with ability to build scalable frameworks and SOPs.
  • Experience working with warehouses, 3PL partners, cross-border logistics, local fulfillment centers, or regional procurement teams.
