Role Brief:
We are seeking a high-potential Marketing Associate to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team and support large-scale event management, content creation, and lead generation initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates from top-tier universities with 1–2 years of marketing experience who bring exceptional drive, creativity, and ambition to make an impact in a fast-growing global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events, summits, webinars, and community meets.
  • Support logistics coordination, vendor management, on-site operations, and event promotion.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, deliverables, and related communications across channels.
  • Assist with CRM management, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting to support sales operations.
  • Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for the website, blogs, newsletters, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain content calendars and editorial workflows, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely delivery.
  • Develop supporting materials such as case studies, ebooks, guides, and pitch decks.
  • Support event planning, promotion, and post-event follow-up to drive engagement and lead generation.


Job Requirement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (Delhi University colleges or equivalent premier institutions preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, event management, or related fields.
  • Strong written communication and editorial skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; basic knowledge of analytics, marketing automation, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow), and design tools (Canva).
  • Experience managing event logistics, webinars, and large-scale marketing programs is a plus.
  • Background in B2B marketing or SaaS environments preferred.
  • Strong track record of achievement, adaptability, and exceptional work ethic.
