About Category at Goodera:
The Category team at Goodera comprises a handful of people who constantly think about delivering an
11/10 volunteer experience, client satisfaction, and impact to nonprofits. We work across diverse
workstreams to ensure Goodera stays a market leader in delivering on-demand volunteering experiences
that align with the SDGs and are tailored to bring people and purpose together.
What you will do:
- Develop creative and engaging volunteering activities and initiatives that solve a wide range of problems across the world.
- Identify and create new corporate volunteering programs that are scalable and appropriate for a global audience.
- Own and create processes that scale over time for specific categories of corporate volunteering.
- Innovate by designing new volunteering experiences that are high on employee engagement and impactful at the same time.
- Own the process of constant improvement concerned with already existing volunteering experiences by engaging stakeholders such as event hosts and the customer success professionals at Goodera
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Nonprofit Partnerships for strategic projects such as catalog management, key campaigns, and impact evaluation.
- Work with a team of graphic designers and content writers to take volunteering activities from ideas to real-life experiences.
- Create highly curated and customized proposals for corporate customers to support volunteering campaigns. This will include curating a set of activities, ideating, and presenting a campaign/story
behind the proposal.
